Return Policy:

Please DO NOT ship any packages back to the mailing address provided on your package, that is NOT our return/exchange warehouse. 

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE YOU MAIL YOUR ITEMS BACK TO OUR RETURN FACILITY!

 

 Email us at xomaxiboutique@gmail.com before shipping your item(s) back to us to be approved for a return/exchange.

Please include your NAME & ORDER NUMBER in your email including the reason why you want to return/exchange the item.

 

 If you ship an UNAPPROVED package to us we will NOT PROCESS it, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee back to you!

 

 ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE

Shipping:

Any in stock item(s) can take up to 3 BUSINESS days to PROCESS & SHIP. Once shipped, packages can take 3 business days & up to 2 weeks to be delivered. All orders are shipped through USPS. You will receive an email update with tracking info as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Pre-Order Shipping Time Frame: 

 

The approximate shipping date for all pre orders are included in the item description. Please note that the date stated is approximate and could possibly change. If you purchase an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, your in-stock item will ship with your pre-order item when it becomes available. If you wish to have them shipped separately, please make two separate orders.

 

Once you receive your tracking number all shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

Once your tracking is updated & scanned by USPS, XOMaxiBoutique is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do not have control over your packages once it leaves our facility. 

 

If you have not recieved your package but received a tracking number we recommend contacting USPS.

 Please remember that your order stops tracking after the package leaves the U.S. and may indicate being "delivered" at that time. Due to customs delays and other delays outside of XOMaxiBoutique’s control, international orders can take up to 3 months to arrive. For international orders taking longer than usual to arrive, we kindly ask that you wait the full 3 months before contacting us about your order.
