Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. STORE CREDIT will be issued on your XOMAXI ACCOUNT. Please note that all Clearance items, Masks, Accessories, Bodysuits, and Intimates are a Final Sale. If such items are returned a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you.

2. Print out our return form. You can find it by clicking here. Fill out the form and send it back to the address provided. You may send it using any carrier of choice. We do suggest using a Trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
3. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Is my item eligible for a return? Yes, however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.

When will I see the store credit back into my XO account? Store credit is issued the same day your return is processed with us.
