Q: I'VE SEEN AN ITEM ON SOCIAL MEDIA BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND IT ONLINE?

A: If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website the item is no longer available. We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style.


Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

A: We ship worldwide! International shipping takes roughly 10-90 business days in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to Customs. Please contact your local government or postal service for more information on customs and duties.


Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?

A: Shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 business days do get delivered. If you have not received your package please contact your local USPS office for further assistance. USPS - 1(800) 275-8777 or FEDEX 1(800) 463-3339.

 

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: Your order will process for 24-48 business hours, this does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS THE CORRECT ONE. Additionally, please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. 

 

Q: WHAT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE?

A: All Bodysuits & accessories are a final sale. In addition any and all sale items inclusive of flash sales &/or items/orders placed with any type of promo code are also final sale. Refunds are not permitted. 

 

Q: MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?

A: If you are having difficulties with your coupon code, it is most likely because the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions. 


Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

A: Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at xomaxiboutique@gmail.com. Please note to check your spam folder as well as your email may have filtered into that folder. 


Q: I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

A: We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. We can not alter any order(s) after 1 hour it has been placed.

 

Q: HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

A: Returns will only be accepted within 14 business days of receiving your parcel. To make a return please contact us at xomaxiboutique@gmail.com to be approved for a return form. Once your return has been approved please thoroughly read, print, and fill out the return form included in the email response sent to you and send it back with your returned merchandise. We do not do any type of exchanges, we ONLY offer store credit (absolutely no refunds). Once your return parcel is received processing time is 5 - 7 business days to process your return & you will receive your store credit code enclosed in an email sent to the email you used when placing your order. Please remember YOU are responsible for all shipping costs, shipping in non refundable.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.

 

Q: HOW DOES STORE CREDIT WORK?

A: Store credit is just like cash, please keep your store code private once it is used, you can not get it back. Store credit does not expire until it has been used.

 

Q: MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OF STOLEN?

A: If your package was lost or stolen we recommend you open a claim with the courier used to deliver your order. Once your order is SCANNED by USPS or FEDEX XOMAXIBOUTIQUE is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 


Q: CAN I USE A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

A: Yes! Gift cards are available online. Once purchased an email will be sent to you on how to redeem our gift card. 

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR STORE POLICY?

A: Regular Priced Items bought on XOMAXIBOUTIQUE.COM will be accepted for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Store credit is excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable.  All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS, & ANY ITEM(S)/ORDER(S) PLACED WITH ANY TYPE OF PROMO CODE ARE FINAL SALE. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you.
